Certificate of Authenticity (COA) Customization

Customize the COA to fit your needs

The Artist-Patron Register gives you the freedom to change the look and content of the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) you can print directly from your transaction data. The COA is divided into components representing different sections of content. With the exception of the certificate body information, which is automatically generated from your records, all of which can be tailored to meet your needs more precisely. The components of the COA are:

Header versions in several fonts and colors

Attestation text can be fully customized

Certificate body is automatically filled by your data

Certification text can be fully customized

Footer "seal" can be selected or turned off

You can create and store multiple versions of each of the text sections, select from a number of versions of the header and footer and you can leave the "seal" area blank if you want to.

A Variety of Selectable Styles

As an example of different versions of a component, there are many different header styles to select from. Here are some of the graphics that can be swapped into a COA version you customize to suit your needs.

Component versions can be mixed and matched to compile many different versions of the Certificate of Authenticity format. Then you select the format you want to be "current". When you print Certificates your data and the template combine to produce your COA.
