About Membership
To use the Artist-Patron Register you must have a membership. All memberships are for a term of one year and are billed once per year.
Each membership provisions one account with access to the Artist-Patron Register software and a segregated database for your records. Your member database is completely separated from all other databases in the system: no other members can view, list or change any of your information. Our Guild and Gallery plans allow you to get additional accounts for a specific database if you need to share data (e.g. among staff of an Art Gallery).
Your membership is paid for once per year via a subscription payment you set up at PayPal during the membership sign-up process. If you don't already have a PayPal account you can set one up during sign-up. Your subscription payment will renew your membership each year until you cancel it. This auto-renew feature is there to protect you against unintended account deletion. Otherwise if you forgot to renew on time or had a payment problem your account could be deleted unintentionally, and you could lose your data permanently.
You can cancel your subscription (so it will not auto-renew) at any time. A cancelled subscription will cause the related membership to expire at the end of the current term. When a cancelled account membership expires, the account data is deleted and cannot be restored by re-subscribing.

Individual Artist Membership
Priced to be cost effective for individual Artists at all levels, the Individual Artist Membership plan is an affordable records management solution with all the features you need to stay on top of your art business.
Student Artist Membership
Priced to be affordable to students, the Student Artist Membership plan provides all of the regular features you need to stay on top of your art business on a subsidized cost basis. (Our way of helping).
Art Gallery Membership
Gallery membership enables a Gallery to manage records of patronage, consignment and registration cost effectively. The Art Gallery Membership plan provisions one database for the Gallery (unlimited artists) that is administered by a designated Gallery staff person. Additional accounts (different UserID and Password) for the same database are available on a per-account basis.
Artist Guild Membership
Designed to enrich the value of membership in an Artist Guild (club, group), the Artist Guild Membership plan provisions one database for the Guild (unlimited Artists) that is administered by a designated person. Additional accounts (different UserID and Password) for the same database are available on a per-account basis.
30 Day No-Risk Trial
Subscribe to any membership and we will create your private account right away. You will have 30 days to check the service out without paying a cent. To keep your membership active you don't have to do a thing: we'll process a payment after the trial period and your account stays open. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days no charges will ever be processed.
Cancelling a Membership
If you already have a membership and you want to cancel it you can use the button below at any time. Or you can unsubscribe by logging into PayPal directly and cancelling the subscription within your PayPal account. Either way, your membership will continue to be active and you can continue to use the system and access your data until the end of the current subscription term. After the term expires, we will delete the membership and your data folder. Both cancellation methods are instantaneous and hassle-free.
